West View

"A Good Place To Leave"

For 30 plus years there has been parking in front of my building for customers and residents. For some unknown reason, in order to prevent this from taking place, the officials are united in their denial of the facts. Outright lies in the courtroom are becoming more and more prevalent. This detailed site is dedicated to calling attention to an out-of-control municipality and their attempt to circumvent property, civil and constitutional rights. This is not about selective prosecution, but rather persecution with no reason!

My property is dramatically reduced in value (in-effect confiscated) when part of its use is being denied

This site is not about West View and the good old days, but rather the West View of today...

and not West View, East Germany.. .but West View, Pa.
(a small Borough, just north of Pittsburgh governed by one-party rule, where even the courtrooms seem to be controlled)

In West View, Democracy is dying

Constitutional guarantees are a thing of the past

Property rights are ignored!

"Due process" seems to have been replaced by "foregone conclusion" in courtrooms
